A KNDZ coffee subscription delivers specialty-grade pour-over drip bags to your door every month, roasted in small batches in Toronto. You save 5% on your first delivery, then 5%, 10% or 15% on every delivery after that depending on the size you choose.

The spread is worth noticing. A 7 cup subscription works out to $2.57 a cup. A 54 cup Bulk Counter Box is $2.25, which is about 12% less for exactly the same coffee. If you know you will drink it, size up.
For comparison, a single cup at most Toronto cafes costs twice that or more, and you are not queueing for it.

The Bulk Counter Box comes in ten flavours at 18, 36 or 54 cups: the seven above plus Decaf Medium Roast, Classic Light Roast and the new Mellow Banana. Our Everyday Medium Roast ground coffee and Decaf ground coffee are sold as one-time purchases and are not currently on subscription.
Why a drip bag subscription stays fresher than a bag of beans
This is the part most coffee subscriptions cannot solve.
When a bag of beans arrives, the clock starts the moment you open it. Oxygen gets in, the aromatics start leaving, and by week three you are brewing something noticeably flatter than what was delivered. It is why every storage guide, including ours, is really a guide to slowing that down.
A drip bag subscription sidesteps it. Every pack is ground and sealed individually, so the last cup in a 54 pack is as fresh as the first. You never have a half-open bag going stale on the counter. That is also why sizing up costs you nothing in quality here, when it would with whole bean.
The coffee itself is 100% Arabica, specialty grade, from Colombia and Ethiopia, roasted in micro-batches in Toronto by a Certified Q Grader.

Changing or cancelling
You are not locked into a contract. There is no minimum number of deliveries and no cancellation fee.
You can manage your subscription from your account, or email us and we will sort it out. If you want to change flavour, change size, delay a delivery or stop entirely, just tell us before the next billing date.
Is a coffee subscription actually worth it?
Two things decide it: whether you drink coffee on a schedule, and which size you pick.
It is worth it if you have a daily habit and you can size up. At 15% ongoing, a 54 cup Bulk Counter Box saves $21.49 every delivery against the one-time price, which is real money rather than a token discount. You also stop managing reorders.
It is marginal if you subscribe to the smallest size. The 7 cup tier is 5% ongoing, which is about 95 cents a delivery. At that level you are buying convenience, not savings.
It is not worth it if your coffee drinking is occasional or unpredictable, or if you like buying something different every time. A subscription that outpaces your drinking just becomes a cupboard problem.
Our honest read: subscribe at 14 cups or larger, or do not bother. Below that the discount is too small to be the reason.

Can I cancel a coffee subscription anytime?
Yes. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Manage it from your account or email us before your next billing date and we will take care of it.
Is shipping free on subscriptions?
Free across Canada on orders over $39, so the 18 cup box and every larger size ship free on their own. GTA orders usually arrive in 1 to 3 business days.
What is the 15-15-15 coffee rule?
A rule of thumb about freshness: green coffee is best roasted within about 15 months of harvest, roasted beans are near their peak for about 15 days, and ground coffee starts losing aroma within about 15 minutes. It is the reason drip bags are sealed individually rather than packed loose. We explain it properly in our coffee storage guide.
Can I change flavour between deliveries?
Yes. Let us know before your next billing date and we will switch it. Plenty of people rotate through the flavours rather than sticking to one.
Is there a decaf coffee subscription?
Yes. Decaf Medium Roast is available on subscription in the Bulk Counter Box at 18, 36 or 54 cups. Decaf ground coffee is a one-time purchase.
Do you ship coffee subscriptions outside Canada?
We ship to the contiguous United States as well, with tracked delivery at $9.50 USD. Alaska, US territories, PO boxes and APO or FPO addresses are not currently served.
