Why does the cap of my lip balm feel loose over time?

Our caps are made from biodegradable soy-based plastic, which is eco-friendly and designed with sustainability in mind. Occasionally, they may feel slightly loose if stored in warm temperatures. Don’t worry—this is temporary. Simply store the balm in a cooler place, and the cap will return to its original fit and feel more secure again.

Why does my KNDZ lip balm feel firm at first?

KNDZ vegan lip balms are made with sunflower seed wax and candelilla wax instead of beeswax. Due to the higher melting point of these plant-based waxes, the balm may feel a bit firm during the first few applications. Don’t worry—once you break it in, the texture becomes buttery and smooth. The more you use it, the more it softens with the natural warmth of your lips, making application easier and more enjoyable over time. To maintain the quality and consistency of your lip balm, we recommend storing it at room temperature.
