Open the pack, hang the filter on your mug, add a splash of hot water to let the coffee bloom, then pour in stages until your cup is full. Start to finish, about three minutes.

What's the difference between your medium and dark roasts?

Our medium roasts are smooth and balanced with caramel and nutty notes — the easy everyday choice. Simply Dark Roast is bolder, fuller-bodied and lower in acidity. The caffeine is nearly identical; it is really about flavour.

How many cups does one drip bag make?

One. Each bag is pre-measured and pre-ground for a single fresh cup, and it is designed for one use — a second pour would be weak and watery.

Yes. KNDZ is roasted and packed in small micro-batches in Toronto and ships across Canada. You can also find us in person at markets and pop-ups around the GTA.

Is drip bag coffee healthy?

It is a paper-filtered brew, like any pour-over, so the filter keeps back most of the oils (diterpenes) that unfiltered coffee like French press leaves in your cup. A plain KNDZ drip bag is simply coffee and water — no sugar, no additives.
